bvk8 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bvk8 ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing bvk8.bio, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the bvk8 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the bvk8 platform. bvk8 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The most current version is always published at bvk8.bio/terms-conditions.

To create and maintain a valid bvk8 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a legal entity, trust, partnership, or corporation.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on bvk8 or any voluntary exclusion agreement you entered into with bvk8.

Each eligible person may hold only one bvk8 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses across all associated accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bvk8 login credentials. bvk8 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs under your account while your credentials are entered is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

bvk8 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported bank transfer services. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. bvk8 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or international wire transfers. Deposit funds are credited to your bvk8 account balance in real time upon successful confirmation of payment by the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless an alternative payment method has been verified by the bvk8 compliance team. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts held in the same name as the registered bvk8 account holder.
• Any active wagering requirement attached to a bonus must be fulfilled in full before the corresponding bonus funds or derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• bvk8 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal, regardless of prior KYC completion.

bvk8 processes withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays (including Eid, Durga Puja, and national public holidays in Bangladesh), or in cases where additional compliance review is required. bvk8 is not liable for delays attributable to the payment provider's processing times.

bvk8 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each bonus offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms herein and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

bvk8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who are found to have abused bonus systems — including through multi-account creation, use of prohibited software, collusion, or any other fraudulent method — will have their bonuses cancelled and their accounts permanently suspended.

bvk8 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all eligible adult players. Players are responsible for monitoring their own gaming behaviour and for using the responsible gaming tools provided by bvk8 where appropriate. bvk8 does not provide gambling services to individuals under 21 years of age under any circumstances.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered bvk8 account holders at no charge:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits — set a maximum on how much you can deposit within the chosen time frame.
• Session time reminders — receive an alert after a configurable period of continuous play.
• Reality checks — periodic on-screen summaries of your session duration and net wins or losses.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently close your bvk8 account. bvk8 will not send re-engagement communications to self-excluded players during any active exclusion period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bvk8 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of outstanding balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with bvk8 games or systems.
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity intended to disguise the origin, nature, or ownership of funds.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Chargebacks, fraudulent deposit reversals, or any attempt to reclaim deposited funds through a payment provider while retaining winnings.

bvk8 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected prohibited activity. During any investigation period, affected account balances will be held in escrow and will not be accessible by the account holder until the investigation is resolved. If prohibited activity is confirmed, the full account balance, including any winnings, will be forfeited.

All content on the bvk8 platform — including but not limited to the bvk8 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and game content supplied by licensed game providers — is protected by intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and related rights. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any bvk8 content without prior written consent from bvk8. Game content supplied by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is licensed to bvk8 for display on the platform only.

bvk8 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bvk8 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, or statutory — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. bvk8 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

bvk8's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their bvk8 account in the ninety (90) calendar days immediately preceding the claim. bvk8 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from any use or inability to use the platform.

bvk8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any activity that bvk8 reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players. bvk8 will use reasonable efforts to notify the affected player of any account action, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

Players may voluntarily close their bvk8 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within seven (7) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

bvk8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is published at bvk8.bio/privacy-policy. By using the bvk8 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bvk8 uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and employs industry-standard security measures to protect stored personal data. bvk8 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

bvk8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bvk8 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or via a prominent notice on the bvk8 platform, prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the bvk8 platform after any amended Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 10 above.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the bvk8 platform, you agree to first contact bvk8 customer support to seek an informal resolution. bvk8 aims to resolve all player disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of a formal complaint submitted to [email protected]. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with rules to be specified by bvk8 in the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits bvk8's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
